2D Shapes Play Dough and Tracing Mats

Help children learn their 2D shapes in a fun way using our play dough and tracing mats. Great teacher resources for all classes and at home. Suitable for preschool to Year 1 children.

• Laminate each 2D shapes mat so that you can use the printable over and over.
• So that children build the shapes, use these with play dough (play-doh)
• Trace with dry-erase markers or whiteboard markers.  As students work talk about the number of corners and sides each 2D shape has so that they are continually reminded of each shape's properties.
